Unfortunately we are constrained in what she can do with these rooms because the building is a UNESCO World Heritage site. We will definitely look into upgrading the door locks. Dear ElizabethWe are delighted that you found the staff great, the food at Pillars restaurant excellent and the location good. We apologise about the windows. Given the historic nature of the building dating from the 1700s and its UNESCO World Heritage designation we cannot use modern flashing methods. Dear DeannaWe apologize that noone was in the reception to meet you and that you had to ask for your WiFi voucher and welcome drink as we had several arrivals at a similar time. We are glad that you found the suite very clean and nicely decorated for Valentine's and the staff very nice. We deliberately don't have TVs in the suites so that people can relax and our guests are typically very happy with this decision.
