"Really nice little hotel. Rooms were huge but beds a little hard for my liking but that's not to say they were bad. Would have preferred a shower but bath/shower was fine."
"This is a beautiful well located hotel, super comfy beds with great decor and a great breakfast. BUT and this is a big BUT it is not a proper Spa hotel which I did not pick up on until too late, it offers treatments but not the typical pool or sauna options you would expect, I was really disappointed and felt a bit ripped off as I don't feel it is good value for money without having a proper Spa, its a bit cheeky for it to be listed on Expedia under the spa category. But it is stunning, it is quirky, I loved the record player in the room, I loved the bed and the breakfast was great, the staff were lovely as well."
"The front desk staff was great! Room was good. The big problem was the lift was not working and I had chosen the hotel, in big part, because it had a lift. Walking up and down the stairs, especially with suitcases, was difficult for us seniors. The location was great. The front desk people and staff were wonderful, though! If not for the great front desk people I would have rated the experience lower."
"My husband and I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Bath for one night during our weekend visit to Bath. The hotel's central location was very convenient for exploring the city centre, shopping and sightseeing. It was a good choice for a short city break.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Bath and appreciated the convenience of staying in such a central location. We would consider staying here again on our next visit."
