"As soon as I walk in, I realize I can eat off this floor right now. That's how clean this place is. And I was like, d*** this place. This place smells so good. Holy man, look how bougie this place is man. All the lights have dimmer switches. The view is amazing Love the hot tub, but the black flies were brutal. They'll get you.\n But had a wonderful stay and will be back. The black won't bother you after Like 9 or 10 o'clock. And iwas like damn look at the shower head that's crazy."

"Older rooms but good for short stays. Fridge didn't work and heater doesn't allow setting a specific temperature, just a dial to estimate the air temperature it blows out."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The included breakfast was excellent with full standard breakfast or omelettes or eggs Benny. Unfortunately there was a sewer line blockage that affected the toilets so that was inconvenient, the pillows were huge and the mattresses were quite soft but I would still stay here again for the value."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We are in mid May and the weather can be iffy but the central heating was just blowing cool air. The room was very cold and no way to turn up heat in individual rooms.my husband can only drink decaf coffee and after asking multiple times never received any. We got answer like, sorry we're out of it or just a shrug. They advertise drinks can be served until 9 pm. Except some nights there is no one old enough to serve the wine etc. Small things...

"Hotel in a great location but amenities are limited. Typically as a Bonvoy member there is usually water bottles on the room but did not see any perks of the membership. On site restaurant in a basic."

"We always stay here because of the location. Sometimes we love our room sometimes it is a little tired looking. This time was fine. But just a hotel room. Was only two nights. So no interaction with staff Last time we are in a corner suite with separate bedroom. Loved it."

"The Cannery had an excellent breakfast, happy hour and dinner menu and with great staff attention. I enjoyed the pool almost every day. The suite was perfect and as advertised. The staff provided a standing, oscillating fan for a couple of unexpectedly hot days where the sun heated up the windows and therefore the room. So minor problem solved quickly and efficiently."

"Location was good...easy walk to the waterfront, a little harder coming back up the hill, especially after a couple hours at the Lower Deck. A few homeless around the entrance at night. Didn't use the amenities. Room was spacious, easy to take meetings. Would stay here again."
