"The air conditioning would not change to heat"

"A"

"Breakfast was great. Air conditioning was fair. Very clean rooms."

"For the price the room was fairly clean. With the exception of the air conditioning/heater unit. The vents were so disgusting. Breakfast was standard, nothing special."

"TV's were very small"

"My favorite hotel to stay whenever I come into town! Staff always treats me top tier. Rooms clean and nice! They have a customer in me for life!"

"Very nice for basic."

"Very clean. Helpful staff. Great hot breakfast. Definitely staying there again if I am in Carbondale."

"Great place stay, especially if you’ll be spending time in the room. Great amenities and spaces in the room and common areas. Easy walk to nearby bars and food, but definitely geared toward college students. Not complaining, but not a good destination for better dining. Also a little questionable walking around at night."

"We came to visit our son at SIU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and very affordable. The breakfast was great, with lots of options. There's a bar right next to the hotel, which was nice, and a couple of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe and had a good amount of activity. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting SIU!"

"Infested with rodents."

"It was just fine"

"The 1st room I was given the AC unit would not plug into the outlet. The 2nd room I was given had roaches nesting behind the hair dryer plug. The 3rd room I was given had what looked like live fleas on bathroom floor. I then ask for refund. Pretty sad!"
