"There was long black hairs on the shower walls and tub. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in wasn’t very welcoming. The parking lot is dimly lit. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious."

"Hair in our shower, hair stuck all over the handle of the hair dryer, found an earring on the bathroom floor so I have to assume it was unswept after the previous guest. No nightstand on one side of the bed was awkward. Tv was very small for the size of the room. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was very friendly. "

"We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. Ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa like normal with a ton of blankets instead. Again, this wasn’t a make or break thing, just book an extra room if you more than 2 people."

"Beautiful hotel! Check in was easy. Room was really nice with large windows. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. My only complaint was that the sheets and towels have a strong smell and there was blood or something staining the comforter right at the head of the bed. Other than that it was great. "
