"We love staying here because of how friendly everyone is when we come, and always a good breakfast. The staff were also dealing with an apartment full of seniors who had lost their homes due to a fire. The empathy they showed for these people was amazing. My issue is with the hotel itself not paying someone to wash the carpets in the rooms. They are really getting neglected...."
