"Clean room with comfortable bed. Property has a nice lounge area. Room temperature was very warm, with no user control (unless outside temperature is >21 degC). The window wouldn't open to help, and nobody came to fix after our request."

"Lovely hotel, elegant clean room. There was an excellent choice at breakfast in a spacious room. A huge bonus was Emmylou Harris and her band having breakfast together. The check in , check out, breakfast staff were really helpful even though the hotel was really busy. On the negative side, the room was a really long way from the lift and an event was going on with lots of loud music kept us awake until after midnight . Perhaps if you put the people attending the event on the 2nd floor so they aren’t in the noisy room would be helpful. Otherwise a treat to stay at the Marriott as I’ve only been there for conferences before. "
