"I stayed 5 nights in a Deluxe Suite. The location is really central and great as it’s next to the metro which I arrived from the airport for $1 via Line 4. The ancient Serdika ruins are right there as well as many shops. I recommend getting Banitsa and Ayran drink for breakfast down the subways station nearest the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful to me but I didn’t have to use them much. They did hail a cab for me upon departure which was really nice. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The bedroom floors are a little dirty so use the slippers they provide and it’s a non issue. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and would come again. The location is perfect. "

"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! Booked a room for two adults and two kids with doubled bed and sofa bed, arrived with two single beds and a sofa bed. When reception was called to see if they can offer us a double bed at least, they said we just have to deal with it as the hotel is fully booked."

"Gute Hotel. Sehr schnelle Verbindung von Flughafen Sofia mit metro direkt. Zimmer war sauber, von Fenster sieht man ganze Hauptstadt ( ich war am 17 Stock). Frühstück war genug. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe von Arena 8888. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen "
