"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

"Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. "Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer,an sich kein Problem,das Bad stand jedoch nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser,auf Nachfrage haben wir mehrere Handtücher bekommen. Für einen Kurztrip ok. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Das vorher so gut bewerte Frühstück kann ich nicht nachvollziehen."

"We stayed here twice, mainly because of the very walkable location, close to a lot of restaurants, historic sights and the pedestrian-only part of Vitosha Boulevard. The rooms are clean, quiet, the beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful. The restaurant offers a reasonable breakfast selection. The floral mosaic walls are beautiful. However, the rooms are designed for style rather than convenience. One of the rooms had a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom, offering no privacy...

"The hotel is close to Sofia Airport and provides a shuttle every 20 minutes. If you have an early-morning flight from Sofia, this is the hotel. The rooms are basic, with no complimentary water bottles or tea. But I was given a breakfast bag for my 7 am flight. You can have dinner on the property, order a cappuccino or other drinks, and pay in cash or with any international credit card."

"Staff not helpful at all. Housekeeping skip days for cleaning. They don’t give you water bottles. The ironing board was damage, broken. The bed was small and the room I tried to get was not for 3 people. The description says 1 sofa bed but there was a sofa only. No comforter just a rusty brown type of throw. Only good thing is that hotel is right next to a mall and in front of the bus stop. That is it."
