"Everything was either broken or didn’t work! The fridge worked but most shelves were missing. The oven had no shelves! The extractor fan was broken and didn’t work. Initially the aircon didn’t work - once fixed it was fine. The wi-fi login information was incorrect - I looked at the router label for the correct details. There were no plugs in the bath, basin or kitchen. The front door had one broken hinge and was hanging askew. Someone started with a hammer drill in the room above at 10.30 at...

"Ignore the people that find fault this is a beautiful place, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The food is very nice and a really good selection. It a buffet type of food, some reviews stated the food was like warm blah blah blah service is not brilliant .... They cater for lots of people for heavens sake and are humans. .... Pay a huge amount more and try the 4 seasons or something similar or don't go anywhere. This place is worth every penny"

"The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers. The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up. Apartment was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds. Bathroom had general ware and tear but clean and of a good standard. Full size oven and microwave which is excellent for longer stays. Fridge and freezer at...

"The hotel has beautiful views and direct access to both rocky and sandy beach areas. The staff are friendly and warm, atmosphere good. My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. In my view it is best suited for travellers seeking relaxation rather than nightlife, thanks to its quiet, scenic location."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

"Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht. Machte den Eindruck nach Masse. Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich. Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts! Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben. Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet.. Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend."

"Die Lage ist super und das Pool ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Pool. Parkmöglichkeiten ist super und der Parkplatz gehört dem Hotel. Man darf den Kühlschrank nur gegen Aufpreis benutzen. Eine Flasche Wasser nur am Tag der Ankunft. Kein Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer (in anderen Hotels eher üblich und als Zeichen der Gastfreundlichkeit). Hat auf mich deswegen eher kommerziell gewirkt. Toilettenspülung hat erst nach 3-5x Betätigung funktioniert."

"An absolutely wonderful holiday - such attentive - without being overbearing - staff, beautiful rooms (we had a duplex) and facilities. Perfect pools for our boys aged 8 & 12. Kids club child centred snd not like an over organised summer camp, all food very high quality. The spa was lovely. Honestly cannot think of any criticism."

"Sold itself as a 5 star resort but it was old and tired. Indoor pool and gymnasium were in terrible condition. Outdoor pool was closed at 6pm every day, which made it impossible to use after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was okay but didn't meet the standard we expected."
