"Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "

I was disconcerted to receive repeated, unexpected, curious-looking emails and phone messages threatening to cancel my booking if I didn't send my government id and a...

"This looks a bit unprepossessing but rooms are big, beds comfortable and it’s clean with friendly staff. And great for the station. Booking do not try to use the link just turn up. And definitely do not use the phone number on the website. "

"Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "
