"Very good stay."

"It was good and quiet"

"Thought it was a bit high for Pueblo, but trust me. The cleanliness, breakfast and amenities. Definitely worth it. Beds are so comfortable, great experience every time I’ve stayed here"

"The elevator was out of service and front desk didn’t inform us at check in. Then she put us on the third floor. When we figured it out we asked for a room on the first floor but was able to get one on the second floor. I don’t understand why they’d expect the guests to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The shower curtain had black mold on the lower portion. The bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned behind the doors in a while. The bathroom doors were dingy around the knobs. The room...

"Above average room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom that could use some updating. Quality bed linens and towels. Lovely staff. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including healthy options, but the coffee was way below average."

I tried to call the office to get the room vacuumed atleast but I received no answer. Then I sent a message because I have a young child so it’s hard to go to the office. The room also smelt like weed the first night which was bearable. Then, when we returned from being out the second day it smelt like someone smoked in the room. Which I also tried to call about. Then I messaged...

"Would have been nice if lock code worked more than once"

"Dirty bed terrible spot. Staff very helpful"
