"Very good location,not fancy but convenient.A lot of shops and restaurants in short walking distance.Easy check in .Rooms were clean but a little cold so We had to get heaters and extra blankets which staff provided without a problem.Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary.We liked our stay at Twins and if needed,we will pick the same location again."

"We checked in last night, but our stay was quite problematic. When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was how extremely hot it was. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but only the fan was working — both heating and cooling functions were inactive. The temperature could not be adjusted. When I called reception and explained the situation, the staff member seemed very surprised that I was asking about the AC. He mumbled something like “It should be working” and said he would send someone. Unfortunately, no one ever came, even after several hours. It felt like the air conditioning season hadn’t started yet, or that the owner decides which rooms get cooling. To cool the room, we had to open the windows, but since the hotel is surrounded by agricultural fields, the room quickly filled with mosquitoes. It became impossible to sleep comfortably at night. In the shower, there were still hairs from the previous guest. I tried to clean it with the shower head, but the water pressure was very low, making it difficult even to take a shower. Positive note: The location is very good if you want to stay near the airport. Actually, if I had been satisfied with the hotel, I was planning to stay 3 more nights, but because they made no effort to solve the AC problem, I checked out in the morning. In summary, there are serious deficiencies in basic areas (air conditioning, water pressure, and cleanliness). I hope the hotel management sees these issues and finds solutions for t"

"Drawbacks : The card-operated doors were unreliable. There were snack crubs on the carpet left by the previous guest. Advantages : But staff were helpful. Breakfast was sufficent and in good taste. Rooms were very spacious and airy. The most cost effective hotel in this region."
