"Location good which was important to us Parking free if you are staying which was brilliant We were under impression you had an option for breakfast from 8am but didn't You have to call reception on mobile even during day Room drab and extremely basic, marks in sheets, mould in shower but TV in room and kettle with tea making facilities The mattress had a spring sticking out which was uncomfortable All that said I would stay again due to location"

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. "Lovely location in the middle of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, ideal for touring (which is what I was doing). Large pub with extensive menu and large garden. They even had a family fun event taking place in the glorious sunshine. Breakfast cooked to order - excellent. Would stay again if I ever venture that way again."

"Some sort of food scattered on the floor freezing cold bedroom felt like we were in a refrigerated room. Rail on the stairs was not safe wobbled as you held onto it. Stuff were very pleasing when we arrived. Stayed for an hour and decided to move out to somewhere more suitable the same day."
