"My experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. They speak both English and Spanish, which made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well organized, and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the overall great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Our room (102) was very spacious, clean and nice but we had a ongoing problem with the toilet in our bathroom because it wouldn’t flush most of the time and I kept having to use a plunger almost every time me and my partner used the bathroom. It was quite annoying and made me very irritated I was doing this consistently while being on “vacation”. Also the netflix wasn’t working the the first night for us as well but it did start to work the second night."

"Lobby is kept clean however the rooms need a lot of help. Seemed like staff did not change pillow cases in our bedroom. I requested a change on the pillow case and instead of a change the pillow was removed out of our bedroom and not replaced. The bathroom seemed not properly clean. The bathtub had a rim of dirt and streak marks from previous shampoo use. The room had carpet which also seemed not vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience in this hotel"

"The CONS: The property itself was old and could use renovation. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. Despite being in an accessible room there was no fridge, something to consider if you take meds that require cooling. The room was accessible for the most part, but the desk chair would have to be moved if you in a wheelchair. The bathroom was accessible with roll in shower and had a shower bench and a handheld shower head. The supply hose for the shower head was taped, this is a $20 replacement. The floor in the bathroom is not leveled properly that it creates a puddle in the bathroom, which is a slipping hazard. The PROS: Sink is accessible, bed was super comfy, staff is super nice. Check in was smooth with Marzette. Location is convenient, everything is close by. Denny’s is across the street. The hotel was quiet."

"The room was clean and the temperature was just right. The cleaning staff replaced towels and wash cloths daily and emptied trash cans. The Market Place was convenient for a quick grab and go breakfast. As a senior, we would have been more comfortable getting in and out of the bath tub if grab bars were in the tub area. Not that we needed them, but we did not see a reference to the location of vending machines or ice on the room brochure or any signs about those services. There were quite a few events going on during our stay. My sister and I were amazed at how quickly you set up and cleaned before the next event. The table settings looked very elegant. There were also a number of families there for sporting events in the area. Although a little more supervision by adults in the parties would have been nice, overall the kids were very respectful and usually all was quiet by 11 PM. We also were able to enjoy the walks around the lakes. The hotel was recommended by family members who stay here regularly when hotel accommodations are needed. We enjoyed our stay."
