"This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms.
It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities.
The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial.
It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system.
The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service.
I have all positives to say about this...

"Hotel Hercules is a gem of an experience! it is by far the greatest example I've experienced of repurposing something old with historical, architectural importance into something new and fresh while maintaining authenticity! There is plenty to enjoy, including three restaurants, artisan shops, the heated pool and spa amenities, the beer garden, and dancing and live performances on scheduled days. "My girlfriend and I spent a few nights at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique and it was an amazing experience. It'a a new property that for sure will bring quality and elegance to Queretaro's old quarters, so just a few extra details like having enough towels for a couple, or a couple of courtesy water bottles would go a long way. Staff was very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend staying at Casa Postal Hotel if you plan visiting Queretaro."
