"Decent affordable hotel in downtown el nido. Room was pretty clean and wifi worked well. There was also drinking water available which saves you multiple trips to the store for bottled water. My main complaint is that the room is not well insulated from the outside so we can a couple of mosquitoes in our room and it is very noisy when the street below is busy."

"This place was wonderful. We received the best of service and assistance in a very stressful time. We got to El Nido the day before the airportsAnd land travel closed for a month. Was in a panic to figure out how to extend our travel visas and the owner went above and beyond to try and assist us. We where only there 17 hours when the owner advised us to return to Puerto Princessa as there was a concern that they would run out of supplies. Thank you so much for your assistance. "It had air conditioning and good water pressure. Clean lobby and rooms. Breakfast was simple but good. Wi-Fi worked well."

"Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes."

"It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family. Novies is a safe, clean place, with easy access to almost everything. Thank you for a great stay!"
