"The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response.
The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley.
The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...

"The room is good. Kuya at the check in very nice. They have a good free breakfast. The staff is nice. The location is close to the port area. Maybe they can change the shower head to adjustable one so we can rinse off the floor properly if we have sand on our swimming clothes "
