"We stayed 4 nights . Suite Ruby. It exceeded all of our expectations! We are letting our friends and family know this is the place to stay. A 3 min walk from the meeting point where all activities start. The couple that run the etablissement are lovely. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is also divine. "This was a fabulous hotel and the service was excellent! The staff were very attentive and offered us complimentary mint tea and cookies after our Medina adventures each day. Breakfast was different each day and my husband loved the tomato jam. They serve breakfast in the courtyard during winter/spring time when it’s too cold but they also serve breakfast on the rooftop in the summer I believe. The architecture of this place was amazing. Shout out to Otmane for being extra attentive at the front desk. I appreciated that they gave us new bottled water each day as many hotels do not do that. It was amazing to hear the call to prayer from the rooftop (which has an amazing view of the Medina by the way). We would definitely stay here again. Things that could be improved include: dim lighting in rooms, TV was all in German for some reason, sometimes the outside door took a while to open (they don’t give you a key to the riad main entrance), and the windows didn’t shut very well so you could hear the street noise a bit."

"The staff here are wonderful. They helped us arrange anything we needed in terms of food and rides. They also gave us room upgrades for every member of our party which was a nice suprise. The only downside was one of the bottom floor rooms had live roaches. "
