Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. "

Chambre et appartement très propres. ménage fait tous les jours. cuisine entièrement équipée mais nous n'en avons pas eu l'utilité car nous étions en all inclusive. Terrasse extérieure avec parasol et bains de soleil...génial !!! certaines fenêtres et cloisons sont un peu vieillissantes mais ne gâchent en rien le confort. Personnel d'entretien et restauration très sympa. Equipe d'accueil à l'écoute et très réactive. "
