The hosts and their team are very helpful and friendly. And the best: our dogs were welcome and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. To Dog owners: to maintain this place dog friendly control your dogs and clean up after them, thank you! Overall one of the best places we stayed in the Uvita region! "

"Cabaña rústica en un lindo lugar al que hay que llegar con 4x4 por el último tramo hasta la casa. El propietario (Álvaro) fue muy amable. A la casa le hace falta algo de acondicionamiento: no dispone de agua caliente (puede hacer frío) y eché de menos que estuviera algo más acondicionada (limpieza y algún detalle adicional). El entorno muy tranquilo y bonito."

It was raining a lot and we were not offered an alternative but to wait pretty much in our car or go back later. We were 6 people with kids and elderly, waiting for a room for two hours in the rain and not alternative but to come back or wait in the car while it is raining heavily should not be an alternative. "Loved the pool and the fact that the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome, they even went through the trouble of bringing “manzanas de agua” from the tree,clean them and served them pool side on a plate with salt on the side. No charge for this, just kindness. When I decided to stay an extra night they figured out how even without a reservation. Gracias a todos. I will return. Pura Vida! "

"Trogon was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The property and the location was priceless. The staff was fantastic and always willing to help. The cabins were clean and cozy and with the weather it will probably the best sleep you will ever have. The Food is very good plus there are a few other very good options within a couple of KM's. The bar/lounge was amazing and a Mojito is a must..."
