"A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. "We loved our stay at the resort. We stayed in Las Villas which I would highly recommend. Great for peace and quiet, but can also enjoy the rest the resort has to offer. Lots of good restaurants and bars with some good entertainment. We weren’t a fan of the beach, but personal preference we enjoyed the resort pools much more. "

"Beautiful setting and overall a relaxing stay at Bahía del Duque. The pools are stunning, the staff incredibly friendly, and the resort grounds are lovely. However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. While the charm is there, the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation soon. Still, a solid option for a sunny escape in Tenerife."
