"No me pude hospedar, llegué y había alquilado todo el hotel a una familia grande. Me dijeron que no había habitación para mi. No me ayudó nadie en reubicarme en otro hotel, y fue muy dificil porque la reserva iniciaba el primero de enero y no había lugares disponibles en ningún lado . Hasta ahora no me han devuelto el dinero. De hotels.com tampoco me han resuelto el problema. "
