"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!"

"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "Clean, safe, welcoming hotel. Rooms have comfortable beds and great water pressure (HOT water) and the a/c works perfectly. The pool/lounge area is lovely and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Bonus, there's a spa (Massage by Paola) and the Agave bistro just steps away, on a quiet street. Zero road noise at night. All in all, a perfect setting."
