Imago was wonderful. The staff were highly professional and well informed. They helped and offered their services freely. Loved Ramiro who gave me important tips like which side of your bus to sit on to get best views. The pool and spa were so necessary after long hikes to ease tired muscles to do more. A gift. Paula was special and courteous. Thank you Imago and staff!

Interior of the property is good. Breakfast coffee was terrible. No parking lot. Far away from town. It offered shuttle service. The hotel mandated to use their exchange rate in favor to them that they can charge more. We can't pay with their currency even we have their custom tourist document. Other hotel allowed us to pay in local currency without threaten us to pay taxes.

Serious deficits in service. Neglected surrounding of the hotel buildings. Asking for a delay of just 30 minutes for check out you simply get the answer “ not possible”. I.e. substantial lack of customer friendliness

Far away from 5 star.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The hotel feels dated and needs renovations. The slippers were never provided even though I asked twice. Was charged for 2 coke cans and 2 small waters from mini bar 33,500 ars even though nowhere in the room it said that it cost money. Upon check out in the rude for was told that I should look for some QR code that after scanning it would have information. This has to be some kind of a joke. Shuttle only works 16:30 until 21:30. All other time had to take a taxi which is 7,000 ars one way since the hotel is outside of town. No coffee or tea in room. For the price absolutely look for different place to stay

Not happy

Very disappointed in front desk as policies. 1) they would not change less than $50 and it was my last day in Argentina and just needed tip money for their employees 2) exchange rate was a rip off - 750 vs 1000 at our last hotel 3) gave us wrong opening time of glacier museum which we based our day on 4)no free bottled water in the room

El colchón es muy incómodo, en la habitación había mucho calor y no tienen aire acondicionado, las toallas son muy desgastadas, con un color amarillento de viejas. No colocan agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, el personal es muy atento y amable.

Achei que para ser considerado um spa o sistema de reposição nos quartos bem ruim. Não havia reposição de sabonetes de pia, águas no frigobar por exemplo. Demais serviços muito bons.
