We had a nice stay, enjoyed the room with the fireplace and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff: the 2 gentlemen at the reception, the young man how was working at the bar and the old lady that was serving breakfast.

The property is very inviting with spectacular views of Lago Argentino from the lobby, which had a wall of windows, and the rooms. The staff were all very friendly and repeatedly checked to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was tasty - eggs, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juices and a variety of pastries. I would stay here again and allow more time to enjoy the hotel ( we were on tours during the day).

What a lovely stay we had here, for one night. And two nights at another hotel. Once we got to the second hotel we wished we could have stayed at this one. The staff was amazing, very warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was also very delicious. 10/10 would come back again.

Ticks all the boxes. A great choice.

This hotel ticked all the boxes: comfortable bed, good shower, fast wifi, beautiful views, friendly staff. It’s located out of town but taxis were cheap and plentiful. It was a great choice for us, and I can definitely recommend staying here.
