"Everything was great, beautiful hotel and helpful staff. A peaceful place to relax with the family and enjoy nature. My only complaint would be I found the bed rather hard but it was already my second visit to the hotel and I would return again in the future."

"This place was excellent, we enjoyed it. The breakfast was very good. The staff, Sandra and Joseph were excellent help with everything. The view from our room and the jacuzzi were amazing, it was quiet at night very enjoyable. From the hotel it was easy to walk everywhere. Sandra was very friendly."

"If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Guatapé, look no further. Don’t let the very reasonable prices fool you. This hotel offers exceptional value and easily competes with places that charge much more. The only thing to keep in mind is the room type. The Standard Rooms have interior windows facing the hallway rather than exterior windows. If having a window or balcony is important to you, book one of the Comfort Rooms with a balcony. The price difference is minimal, but there are only two of these rooms, so reserve early. The balcony rooms face the street, so they can be a bit noisier, while the Standard Rooms are quieter. It really comes down to whether you prefer a balcony and outside view or a quieter night’s sleep. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would gladly stay here again."
