"Facility is great! Amazing location! Upon check out, we asked for a late check out at noon and was told no bc we weren't rewards members. I signed up when we checked in but that didn't count. Other than that, it was great! Had an issue with a booking date error and Susan helped get it all straightened out! We will stay here again definitely, I just hope that in the future we can get a late check out when needed."

"Condition of room was terrible. Laminate floor was damaged. Trim on bed headboards was missing with nails sticking out. Toilet paper dispenser was rusty. Cigarette burns on bed spreads. We booked a king bed but were put in a queen room with no possibility to change. TV did not work (coax was ripped out of wall). Bathtub was painted and paint was peeling off. Bathroom light fixture was falling off ceiling. Holes in walls. Light switch covers falling off wall. List goes on. Was a miserable stay."
