Sorry to hear that your were not totally satisfied with your stay here. The week before and after Christmas house keeping was done by another team and probably they forgot things. They were definitely here every day with exception of Christmas and New Year. We usually give our guest clean bed sheets once a week and you had yours on Monday. I noticed that you have more bookings in the future and please let me know sooner if you need something or if you are not satisfied in order to provide you good service sooner.
