"We were warmly greeted and checked in at the front desk by Rhianna, who was very thorough giving us information of what to expect during our stay. The hotel was elegantly beautiful! We had a delightful dinner at Russell’s, and the breakfast buffet was great as well!
I will say, I think the Keurig in my room might need replacing, as the coffee wasn’t as hot as we are accustomed to. Also the toilet was a bit weak in flushing, a couple times it didn’t flush at all. ???? We stayed in room 113....
"WOW!! I LOVED this property!! The history is so fascinating and everything inside fits with the charm of the building. I loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was a gym right in the building. We stayed there to attend a concert, which was just a walk down the street. Everything was so clean, safe, close to shopping and restaurants, and literally perfect. We will definitely be back!"
"Staff was very kind and let us check in early. They're absolutely doing the best they can with the property they have. The pool looked clean, but didnt get a chance to use it due to time. Our room was clean and updated. Fridge and microwave in the room. Short drive to the Falls. "
"My family and I arrived around 10:00PM for a one night stay after visiting Niagara Falls. It was a smooth check in process, the staff were attentive, informative, and kind. The hotel was also clean and quiet. The rooms were also clean and stocked. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this place. "
