"A great location for our stay & great facilities. "

"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "

"After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. "Fabulous stay as always. This was our 5th stay at lakeside and we love the peace and relaxed luxury of the place. We took full advantage of the pool and surrounding facilities and I had the most amazing facial. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was a nice bonus and we had a fabulous sleep in a very comfy bed. Love it here, and we will return."

"Room was very comfy albeit needed an extra heater which we had within minutes if requesting one. Very friendly and efficient service and a great cooked breakfast."

"I booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadn’t prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later I’m still waiting."

"What a little gem we found perfect for a winters night stop over great access to walks in the area. Food in the restaurant was fantastic and breakfast equally stunning this morning."

"The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed, eg tea, coffee and milk provided. Bathroom was well equipped with a lovely big shower. The master room was massive and decorated nicely. Overall a great place to stay and in a perfect location as you’re in walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and also easy to travel elsewhere via car."
