"Came in for the Big Boy reunion at Steamtown. Hotel was overwhelmed, sold out for the event. Anne and Friday told everyone that rooms were still being cleaned, offered a drink voucher for the in-house bar. Sabrina and Bryant took care of elevator problems. Best part of this place: everyone listed above communicated what was happening, gave time when rooms would be ready. Rooms were ready when stated, clean and comfortable. Outdoor sitting area was a nice break. Breakfast offering and area could be improved."

"To be an Inn, it was very clean and well maintained. Affordable price, pet friendly. Downside was there were a group of young kids that were guests at the property making noise and being loud, which was out of the control of the staff. Other than that, for the price and the commodity of being able to have my French bulldog, it is well deserved a 4.5-5 stars"

"If you are looking for a cool historical property this is it. We went to the restaurant it was great and staff were very friendly. Do not believe the people who say the hotel is dated, Hello it’s a historic building! The rooms were very nice and larger than expected. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends."

"Breakfast was a go across street. Nothing there for me. Staff was nice until directv went out. Asked for a day in a half was told there was nothing they could do. My wife go directv on phone for them and they hung up on them. Night man overheard and rebooted system and fixed it. That should be the manager."
