"We stay here every few months. Lots of things in walking distance"

"I enjoyed everything about my stay. Staff were very friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. Love that the Alderwood Mall and eateries were very close by and I didn’t have to drive very far for anything. Check in was quick using the online pre-check service and same with checking out. Will be returning again if I need a quick get away."

"Our entire stay was amazing. We enjoyed everything. The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional."

"Good"

"Staff was extremely kind and accommodating and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay and would come again :)"

"Will stay again"

"Everything was great!"

"Our elevator was out of order for awhile. But it couldn’t have been helped- the problem was taken care of as quickly as possible. Which was much appreciated."

"Was slightly cold. Heating issue"

"Breakfast was very good thank you"

"We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine."

"Don’t use a third party to book your room as they have regular problems processing third party bookings. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and each time they charged me for the prepaid room I booked using a third party. I no longer trust this hotel with any third party booking."

"We were disappointed there was no Hot tub. Kids loved the warm pool though."
