"Lovely stop on our trip - the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Parking is expensive here, but you're downtown so expected. All complaints are minor, but be aware: parking is confusing if you've not been here before, honestly pay for valet if it's your first time, or if you have a tall vehicle (garage is 6'6"); noisier AC than average but just a bit; rooms are dark - very moody lighting which is fine if you like that; we didn't have any washcloths and one side of our night lamp was burned out, both would probably have been easy calls to the front desk if we weren't so tired. "

"This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out. Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision. The hotel is ADA accessible, and the staff all have great attitudes and provide excellent service. The lobby is truly five-star, and the room is fabulous. I would give this hotel 5 stars. The only thing I noticed was a couch with some scratches that may need attention."

"This was a deplorable hotel. The property was not maintained at all inside or out. The door handles were broken off. Gaps in the room door so large you could see people walking down the hallway. The entire second floor smelled of weed so bad it made you sick. No bath towels left in the room and when we went to shower we found out why.... The shower didn't even work. When we went to the front desk to make them aware we just found a note stating to have a seat someone would be back in 30 minutes they had to go pick up housekeeping.. and when we went out to our car there were to women standing buy our vehicle smoking a blunt in the parking lot.. save your money and your time.. can't even understand how hotels.com would even allow such a property on there site."
