"We had a very nice stay, I would recommend it to anyone. Personal are very friendly."

"Très belle chambre (Odette), décorée avec goût, et salle de bains très spacieuse! Excellent accueil, et très bon petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux."

"The hotel is an odd combination of minimart, gas station and hotel - but it worked out great. We were traveling through Bastogne to visit the WWII museum, which was fantastic. This was one of the few hotels available. We had our doubts at first but in the end the hotel was perfect for us. Helpful staff, large rooms and well priced. Definitely and good choice for anyone visiting the area."

"Great location, calm and friendly. There was a simple breakfast and the room was great. I was not allowed to use the swimming pool with my child, that was the only thing that I did not like."

"Well located in the center of shops/resturant. Walkable to bus stops. Fully equipped amentities. Nice staff."

"Sympa juste un bain quand on aime les douche pour des personne avec probleme difficile sinon a par sa tres bien je recommande"

"Schone kamer, ruim en alle voorzieningen aanwezig."

"Alles pico bello."

After about an hour, we almost gave up and found somewhere else to stay, but finally found another phone number on the website and got through to someone who then came and checked us in. I think we were supposed to let them know...
