Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you. "Stayed in one of the theme bedroom, the room was huge! Celebrated my partners 30th birthday, we were left balloons, chocolates and wine to celebrate which was a lovely touch and made it felt even more special. This is the second motorworld hotel which we’ve stayed it, they’re a great hotel brand and would highly recommend staying. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station, plenty of parking and options to eat out within a few minutes walk."
