Von außen hat das Hotel die besten Jahre hinter sich gelassen. Im inneren erwartet einen ein 80er Jahre Schick der gehobenen Art, was durchaus ansprechend ist. Leider riecht es fasst im gesamten Gebäude sehr unangenehm, was wohl auf Feuchtigkeit zurückzuführen ist. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und relativ modern eingerichtet (sehr schöne Bäder). Die Möbel sind allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten leider indiskutabel. Gerade in einem Hotel erwarte ich zumindest ein vernünftiges Bett das nicht bretthart ist und bei jeder Bewegung derart laut knarzt, das alle auf der Etage senkrecht im Bett stehen. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die unbeschreiblich schlechten Betten und der Geruch lassen jedoch nicht mehr als eine durchschnittliche Bewertung zu.

Sonja is simply the heart and soul of this property. We arrived while on tour after driving for 11 hours and she was joyful and helpful. She helped us get delivery food and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were super roomy and quiet. We slept really well and the shower was great the next morning. Breakfast was great too. It's really all about Sonja though. She's a gem! Her hotel has Hygge factor which is rare in Germany.

wunderschöner Ausblick auf Hügel gelegen

Es war ein Kurztrip über ein langes Wochenende. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist absolut top und modern und der Service sehr entgegenkommend. Dazu ein wuderschöner Ausblick ins Tal und in die Ferne bei klarer Sicht. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Essen ist gut und ausreichend.Das Personal nicht sehr gesprächig. Haben inklusive Frühstück gebucht ,es wurde uns aber berechnet. Leider war die Heizung nicht richtig in Takt. Landschaftsmässig aber sehr schön.

Ruhiges Hotel mit guter Aussicht

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Gaststätte bot bulgarische Gerichte an. Die Zimmer sind sehr geäumig und sauber. Wir hatten Probleme mit warmem Wasser, was aber durch das Personal gelöst wurde. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

Für Familienurlaub sind die Zimmer sehr klein aber wer nur das Hotel für Übernachtung nutzt ist es ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - wir werden es definitiv wieder buchen

Super Service

Das Hotel wird scheinbar nach und nach erneuert. Als Gast merkt man nichts davon. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön - schon neu. Derzeitige von Aussendung lässt nicht auf den Topf Zustand innen erkennen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen! Einziger Nachteil kein Fahrstuhl für Viel Gepäck.
