"We loved the area. IT was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. We asked about an Uber to the airport but were told they did not use them. They recommended their Taxi service which we booked for 4:30 am. When we came down early as asked it the taxi could come earlier they said no (did not even try) and that we would be charged a fee (the entire cost it turns out). We ended up getting an Uber in 5 min at a lower rate. "

"Everyone here was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the main station and the Belvedere and a pleasant walk into the city centre. "Excellent location, clean, close proximity to everything. Only down fall, the AC was not working properly and got a bit hot at night. It was raining and it was nice they offered umbrellas for guest. "We stayed here twice with a trip to Salzburg in between. The metro is just outside the front door and Schönbrunn Palace is a 20-minute away. Next door is a mall with a grocery store and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet abundant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well"

"The location is excellent, staff were nice. In hotel price for drinks was way too high and limited. So just avoid that and go to a local spot nearby and there are plenty. While the hotel claims Air Conditioning it is in fact only available during certain seasonal times. We were here late April in hot weather and had to sleep with windows open and there is a LOT of urban dust/dirt in the air. "
