"Firstly I would like to say the room was as described and there I have no complaints and feel it fair to say this. On arrival all was fine then I went out for a while to come back and find the lift out of order so I asked staff how to access my room and I was directed to a door that my keycard wouldn't open so the lady opened the door and directed me through the door after searching for 10 mins I found my room beating in mind I have my partner with me who has an injured foot.
