"Thought the location of the hotel was good, parking was easy the breakfast and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. parts of the room were a little tired and someone had splashed a drink over the curtains at somepoint so they could do with cleaning."

"Nice hotel with kitchenette so able to grab what ever food is needed.
A few local pubs around with the best being the Pear Tree as staff are pleasent and greeting.
Key pad is a little confusing but once fathomed easy to use.
rooms clean and tidy and staff are either there to help or assist by phone."

"The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. "Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous.
Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries.
I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...

"Room was clean, beds were comfy & staff were very friendly BUT things that weren’t quite so great:
No USB sockets/ports anywhere in the room
No mini fridge
Downlights in the bathroom weren’t LED & were extremely hot
Bathroom handle was very squeaky and needed some WD40

"The room was tiny. The bed was small and not a double as advertised. Bed could only fit in the room by being pushed up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. Bed was uncomfortable and prevented any sleep. Bathroom was so small it was not possible to sit on the toilet! Room was situated next to an outside generator or aircon unit which was loud. I don’t believe any guest should be expected to stay in this room."
