"We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Express Windsor Waterfront with our family and kids, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel overall felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient — they made check‑in easy and were kind to the kids throughout our stay. Breakfast in the morning was good, with enough variety to satisfy both adults and children. One standout was the A/C in the room — it worked exceptionally well, which was a huge relief since it was an extremely hot day. The room stayed cool the entire time, making our stay much more comfortable. The location on the waterfront was also a nice bonus, giving us easy access to the riverfront area. Overall, a smooth, family‑friendly stay. We’d happily return."

"-Room was clean and spacious. it had a full fridge, microwave and a cook top with all the utensils needed to make a full meal. -the bed was very comfortable -breakfast was very good..it was basic (eggs, bacon or ham or turkey sausage) some fresh fruits, good selection of yogurt and cereals. -staff was very friendly and helpful -hotel parking was $17 per day but there are other options close by the hotel -walking distance from Caesars casino and hotel is about 10 min..and is the same for the water front"

"Staff was great! Very accommodating. Fairly clean place. Good parking. Good choice of tv channels. Good internet connection. Breakfast hours could be a little better. 6am-9am only, at least go to 10am. Our room definitely could use some updating. All of the wall outlets were very loose as in wiggly in the walls and loose as in our phone chargers kept falling out of the socket. There weren’t many outlet choices, we had to unplug things to charge our phones. No USB or c-charger options, you need to bring a block and hope it stays in the wall. Our air conditioner wouldn’t turn on at first until we twisted the plug in the wall to get it to stay connected. The cover of our air conditioner was also broke. Our toilet paper dispenser was broke. Our toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down for a bit. Our toilet seat was very loose and on crooked."
