"We stayed here as a family. We've been several times. Mostly because of the kitchen. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and then the jacuzzi in the room after. The staff was very accommodating. If we could offer our two cents, it would be to have noodles for little ones at the pool--so we wouldn't have to travel with them, and the arcade is a bit of a money grab, with very few games. "

"Our room was cold. The heater, although, was turned to 80C, never got warm. There wasn't a breakfast. The closest attached restaurant was closed M-W. Our room flooded from the storm. The bathtub whirlpool jets shot out some black gunk into the bathtub. There wasn't a desk in the room to some work on my laptop. Highboy chair was too uncomfortable. Needed an ottoman for the couch. Our room wasn't stock with forks and spoons. Only a couple of knives. We were hoping to at least get flowers on our bed or even an acknowledgement of our 25th Year Anniversary. The only nice thing about our stay was the room's view of the lake."

Room Wasn’t Clean Smelled Like Dog. O And Maintanence Woke Me And My Family Up At 7am So Loud And I Think He Took Loafers. Btw No Good Movie Channels Nor Netflix Smh"
