We loved the location for going to Alpine Valley. Front desk staff was efficient checking us in. The breakfast was underwhelming. It smelled kinda musty in the place, but we were happy because it was a convenient location for us.

Pros: Rooms are sparse, but clean. Shower area is amazing! Pancake maker in the breakfast room was a huge win for my kids. Cons: No towel hooks (I dislike leaving wet towels on the floor) and not enough towels for the three people in my party. Also, my teens were disappointed about the pool being out of order, as that was the deciding factor for us when booking this hotel stay.

We had a very nice, quiet stay. Room and hotel were recently remodeled and clean and in nice shape. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they both looked good. Will stay there again when we come back to town.

I really just needed a room close to my daughters as we were leaving early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised at this motel. I knew they revamped the place. My bathroom had a large beautiful walk in shower. The room was neat and clean. Pool is on the smaller size. Property is close to town but just outside.

We stayed here after a concert at nearby Alpine Valley. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very convenient in the lobby. The staff was attentive and courteous. No complaints for the price.

The staff were amazing and kind, the owners mom and dad are super friendly. If we had any issues they ensured it was handled quickly. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, the kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. I will definitely be returning to that location for future visits.

Average but decent.

The hotel is quite dated but if you need a place to stay and don’t want to pay the $75/day resort fees at or around lake Geneva, this place will be just fine. The lobby and pool area was very clean and the breakfast was decent. No complaints.

Our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, pool wasn't in service. But it is what it is. Breakfast was pleasant. Coffee was good. All breakfasts items were a 👍👍. Room was nice and clean. And shower was very relaxing with rainfall showerhead and nice and hot. All in all it was a good stay.

The price for the suite was too high. The third bed in the sofa was not usable and looked horrible. Breakfast was ok but the coffee selection was not good. If this is part of Wyndham chain.. it leaves a lot to be desired. The staff made it worth it.
