"Clean room. Good location, easy access to transport. However, no restaurants or food nearby except a 7/11 store, then coffee shop in the morning. need to go into the CBD, 15-20 min walk or take public transportation."

"Came for a tennis tournament so was close to the tennis. Centre. Only issue we had was our washing machine didn't work. But the lovely hotel maids did two lots of washing for us and hung it on the airers for us too."

"Old building charm, very clean, very safe, not modern, but comfortable and close to everything we needed"

"It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street."

"Convenient location - Walking distance to art precinct including the NGV and across the river to the city. Great breakfast"
