"Hands down, one of the worst hotel experiences that I have ever had. From the ineptitude of the front desk staff, to the lack of towels, hot water, soap, shampoo, in the rooms, this hotel has a lot that it needs to work on. It was as if no one really cared about anything. I asked repeatedly for shampoo only to be told that the maintenance lady was sick and she was the only one with the key! Wait a minute, as the hotel was not even 1/10th full, couldn't they just go to one of the other rooms and...

"This really is a very basic and slightly outdated guest house. The only reason that they can charge $80 a night is the over inflated hotel rates charged by other hotels in Accra. The single room was on a par with single rooms in the Pink Hostel which is cheaper. The location in terms of proximity to the airport was fine but it doesn't offer anything that many other hotels of a similar price also offer."

"Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. "
