"Located just a bit north of Halifax, the setting is like you a million miles away. You are about 20 minutes to Halifax, less than an hour to Peggy's Cove, but the setting is so tranquil you might just want to sit on the wharf by the lake. Great breakfast and wonderful host."

"BE CAREFUL! What I will say is that the woman working the desk that night when we checked in was lovely. That is a positive. However the issues started when we were asked for an additional deposit on top of what we had already paid online. During our check in process a very sketchy man and woman were trying to get into the building. SURPRISE they were our neighbours. Our door/room was on the outside of the building, and it barely locked. Queue the next seedy character that came to join the other...

"Perfect, quiet location near the ferry terminal; we enjoyed our stay!"

The hotel is situated across from a very shady looking apartment building and next to a few larger buildings that look like housing projects. "Great location along Granville & Sackville Streets, just a few short blocks from the waterfront and terrific value for money. Room was clean and though a little small, had all the essentials including a desk with a phone charger and wifi, lots of hooks on the door, as well a cabinet to put away and hang up personal items like clothing. There were several individual bathrooms on each floor and all came with a shower. Each floor has a shared common area with a kitchen and fridge, microwave, etc....
