"Don’t waste your money in this hotel. I spend one night here and did not get a minute of sleep. The hotel is not soundproof. You hear everything and anything. The housekeeping staff was screaming, banging and laughing throughout the hallways. If you’re on on the 4th floor you will hear the guests walking around their rooms. The hotel room ceiling felt like it was going to erupt. The phone in the room is just for display because it didn’t work/ my child hurt her toe in the broken tiles in the bathroom and when I approached staff in the am they were not attentive at all and could care less. This hotel is a complete garbage"

"I found hair on my pillows and fitted sheets, night tables were dusted and room was never vacuum. As I was taking a shower rust and mold was coming out of fixtures."

"the room was clean, spacious, and loved the decor. nice and quiet. the bar in the lobby is one of the best things about this hotel! first class service, great drinks, great food just an amazing experience. and after enjoying yourself at the bar you just go right up to your room. the second best thing is the front desk staff. friendly, accommodating, and efficient. what a great hotel! "Room was unclean. Food crumbs on floor by the bed. Comforter for the bed appeared stained with brown spots, The manager on at the time only offered to replace the comforter and that no one could vacuum what was on the floor. Continental breakfast wasn’t good. Stale food."
