"Warm people. Left dinner in our rooms as we were going to be late. Extremely accommodating"

"Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache."

"The reception staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. The wait staff at the bar extremely friendly and offered excellent service."

"A lovely place to stay full of character and charm. The host was really helpful and friendly and the location was really convenient as well"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Formby. It was good value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, the parking convenient. The staff were friendly. Only one complaint was the shower which kept on going hot and cold. There is a washing machine which is great, even better would be the addition of a dryer. "A fantastic tiny home experience. Cosy, warm and comfortable, we went to sleep with a view of the stars and only the sounds of the wallabies on their nocturnal wanderings. "

"The room was very nice, overlooking the lovely garden which was great to walk around, lovely flowers and view. Breakfast was amazing, sucks a good variety to choose from, all very fresh ingredients."

"Excellent location. Very nice town."
