โรงแรมใกล้หาดตะวันออก, ชาร์ลสทาวน์

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."

"I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

"What a wonderful stay, everything up to par, glad we found it."

"Gorgeous and quaint place to stay!"

"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the...

"The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

"Great location. In a circle with many resturants of all types and a great brewery steps away. nice heated pool. Wish they had a spa. I missed their breakfast as we left too esrly on our fishing trips but fresh coffee in lobby very good. Will go again"

"The room I was checked in at had a lady bug infestation as well as other bugs (stink bugs, flies) to the point we asked for a different room Rooms definitely don’t look like the picture. They’re very old not kept up to par old microwaves some outlets were faulty was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay!"

"Very low quality breakfast"

"Sweet little seaside motel with glorious views of the ocean. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and appeared to be recently remodeled. Only complaint is the linens were a little scratchy, and the pillows were hard. I also understand everyone has a preference and mine may not be the same as others. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area."

"The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me."

"Room was clean, smelled a little musty. Balcony was very worn (wood). But the checkout staff was extremely rude this am. Other than that , decent for the $."
