"For St Andrews this is a clean, modern and convenient space with an excellent amount of space. Highly recommend. Nice walk into town and quiet during my stay but there is a younger student crowd there which is refreshing but might be challenging based on location. It does seem they try to keep the younger and older visitors spaced apart."

"We called the property to check if it would be ok to arrive at 10pm - after the stated check-in hours. We were told this would be fine. On arriving at 10pm, we were told “we were cutting it fine” and were given the key to the room. Not exactly a warm welcome. The biggest problem is that it is basically a pub and function room with some rooms stuck on top. There is no door separating the function room downstairs for the first floor corridor the rooms are on. There was a party well underway when...

"Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Nice grounds. Staff were lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Not many negatives, but our room kept stopped working 3 times, in a 1 night stay. I had to nip out to the car, and ended up not being able to get back in to the building. Also, when others are entering the building (was a separate building with just bedrooms) the doors rattle really badly. My daughter kept thinking someone was trying to get in the room. "

Colazione super ed abbondante. Giuly è stata molto simpatica e gentile. Consigliatissimo."

"Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, tolles Frühstück, leider kein Parkplatz oder Haltemöglichkeit zum checkin. Somit mussten wir die Koffer weit transportieren und 2 Stockwerke hinauf tragen. Alles andere war wunderbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"The hotel is a bit far out from the shops so unless you’re reasonably fit , you might need a car. Our room was large an good sized en suite. The other problem I would point out is that, iagain if you’re struggling with walking ,or require the aid of a stick or other walking aid there’s a lot of stairs to reach some of the rooms. My husband did struggle with them. Ideal for a one night stop over."

"Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities at Leisure centre were great my grand daughter really enjoyed the swimming pool and putting. Beautiful surroundings which the were fantastic for walking the dog. Trim track could do with bit of maintenance for safety reasons. Our villa was in a good spot and had all we needed apart from Hairdryer which seemed to have disappeared as the box was there empty. Some paintwork needed refreshed but this did in no way spoil our enjoyment of the...
